Hires, trains and leads a staff of low-income youth, ages 14-21, for community-based non-profit 501c(3). Manages youth staff to produce content for a variety of publishing outlets. Designs and implements training curriculum for VOICES Documentary Arts Programs. Instructs youth staff in all aspects of photography – philosophy, composition, lighting, portraiture, artistry, etc. Edits all photos for publication. Designs and implements survey data collection and analyzation.
